Warranty and Return

T.W. Price Design LLC (“TWPD”) warrants to the original purchaser, purchasing one of our knives (“The Product”) in new condition, in original packaging, through TWPD directly, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the Product (the “Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty shall cover all components of the Product. This Limited Warranty may not be transferred from the original purchaser.

For any warranty claim, please contact TWPD directly via its website or email. Proof of purchase is required to obtain Warranty service. TWPD’s obligation under this Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement, at TWPD’s election, of such defective Product, which is proved to be defective upon inspection by TWPD. TWPD will provide replacement parts, or if necessary, a replacement Product unit. If a replacement part or unit is not available, a refund may be issued.

Our Products are exceptionally designed cutting tools that are not meant to be used for hard cutting or other unreasonable tasks, such as replacement for a hammer, chisel, prybar, or screwdriver. This Limited Warranty does not extend to, and is void for, a Product which: (a) has not been stored, handled, or maintained properly; (b) has had structural or cosmetic modification; (c) has been used other than as intended; or (d) is experiencing normal deterioration arising from ordinary wear and tear that may occur under normal operations over time.
